Our approach – from discovery call to ERP launch

The MJR approach – How we support you from the discovery call to well beyond the ERP project launch

ERP projects can be complex and challenging. From initial contact to successful implementation, there are many steps to go through. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at the MJR approach and how it helps organizations succeed from the discovery call to well beyond the project launch. We have developed and refined this approach for ourselves over several years. It simply describes the approach that works best for us in our company. Of course, some of the steps may differ in other companies.

1. What is the MJR approach?

The MJR approach is a holistic method for guiding companies through ERP projects that constantly adapts to market trends. It was developed to ensure that the company’s needs and objectives are taken into account from the outset and that the project runs smoothly and successfully.

2. The importance of discovery calls

Discovery calls are the first step in the MJR approach. They allow us to better understand your business and its requirements and ensure that we can develop the right solution for you.

Phase 2: Discovery Call
The discovery call itself is an opportunity for us to clarify open questions, identify challenges and develop a vision for the project together with you.

Analysis Discovery Call
The discovery call is followed by a thorough analysis of the information collected. The next steps are planned on this basis. At the same time, we check the feasibility of the project.

Phase 3: After Discovery Call
We will continue to support you after the Discovery Call. We are happy to answer questions that often only arise after the discovery call. After internal consultation and availability checks, you will receive suggested dates for a Customer Success Workshop from us.
