Report of the inPOWER 2023

This year, the inPOWER trade fair took place again in Milwaukee (USA) from September 11th-14th, 2023 in cooperation with our partner Infor. Already for the second time we were present with our own booth in Milwaukee. The trade fair was organized by the companies InforInfor, ISE and Trimin at the Ingleside Hotel.

Also Peter Sørensen from Interform had traveled from Denmark to Milwaukee again. Therefore, it was convenient to have the Interform booth right next to our MJR booth. We have been working successfully with Interform for years on the topic of output management. On the other side our partners from WorkOutLoud were our booth anchors. We have been partners in the WOL community for almost 2 years now and want to continue to expand our partnership. Besides some familiar faces, the fair was also a perfect opportunity for personal networking with other inPOWER participants. So we were able to make some new business contacts there. In addition, we were also able to finally meet in person the contacts we had previously only met remotely.

In total, more than 100 sessions were again offered by Infor, partners or even customers in the inPOWER agenda. This year we were able to present four sessions, mainly on our topic Uploadia.

EIUG Monday11.09.2023 – Infor Tech Stack – behind the scenes; Speakers: Michael & Steffen
EIUG Monday 11.09.2023 – Multiple action transaction with retained results SystemLink; Speaker: Steffen
inPOWER Tuesday 12.09.2023 – PO Approval Process; Speakers: Michael & Steffen
inPOWER Tuesday 12.09.2023 – Power of System-Link, Excel & XA: interactive & automated data uploads; Speakers: Steffen & Julia

We were especially pleased that Paul Butterworth from Goodridge also presented Uploadia in his session on Tuesday afternoon.
On all three days, attendees could get more detailed information at the MJR booth and get a personal live demo.

The evening program on Tuesday was „an evening under the stars“ in the Ingleside Hotel park with various food trucks, drinks and outdoor games, such as axe throwing or the nail game. A live band also provided the best entertainment.

All in all, the trade show was again a success for MJR and the team had successful and exciting days in Chicago and Milwaukee. We are already looking forward to being on site again at the next inPOWER.
