Our philosophy

The largest mail order company in the world has no warehouse, the largest taxi company has no cars and the largest provider of overnight stays does not have a single bed. The pressure to innovate from new competitors is extremely high. The role of IT in companies is changing: from a cost center to a success factor.

Our job is to provide you with comprehensive advice and provide you with the right tools to make your company as fit as possible for the future.

As long-time practitioners, we know what is important when planning and implementing new software. Since we are developers and users ourselves, we put together the best solution for each of our customers.

History of MJR GmbH

In 2009, electrical engineer Michael Raber founded his IT consultancy in Knittlingen near Karlsruhe. Since then the company MJR GmbH has grown steadily. Today 21 employees serve over 70 European customers across Europe. The international team speaks eight languages, but has remained down to earth.

In business, personal customer care comes first. This is shown by the longstanding customer relationships, some of which have existed since the company was founded. For MJR, success is when customer feedback comes in that everything is going as desired. It is not only the functioning technology that is responsible for this, but – at least as important – the collaboration. „The trusting open atmosphere from the start is the basis for our excellent results,“ is the credo of Michael Raber and team. It is worked on every day.

The MJR supports local sports clubs such as the TTC Bietigheim Bissingen and is involved in its own MJR racing team in eSports car racing.

Apprenticeship

As an internationally acting, continually growing IT consultancy we educate up-and-coming talents for our own requirements.

The precondition to become „Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung“ is a middle school graduation or an advanced technical certificate. If you can work independently while living our international team spirit we should get to know each other.

Currently we do not offer any apprentice positions, but we are looking forward to receiving applications for 2021.

In the integrated degree program (dual study) we are co-operating with DHBW Karlsruhe. The subject of study is business informatics. Please send your enquiry to kontakt@mjr.gmbh
