Team Meeting November
The third MJR Team Meeting in 2024 took place in the first week of November. This report briefly summarizes the program and activities.
Thursday
On Thursday, November 7, the entire MJR team met for the third time this year for two intensive team meeting days. This time we once again had the conference rooms in the Hotel Krone in Bretten.
At around 9 am, our CEO Michael Raber opened the day with his presentation. Here, everyone was given an overview of general topics as well as the current status and other internal news. The day continued with a sales update from Marcel Kosel. He gave us an update on current leads and opportunities, as well as new customer business and ongoing projects.
After the lunch break, we made our way together to Sternenfels for the factory of EVT. Once there, CEO Costa Burkhardt welcomed us. In his presentation, Mr. Burkhardt gave an overview of the company history and the products at EVT. EVT GmbH has been building parts cleaning and degreasing systems for industry since 1994 and also offers maintenance services. Afterwards there was a guided tour in two groups through the production of the EVT GmbH. In the evening, we had reserved a table at the Waldenserbesen in Großvillars. Here we were able to round off the day with a cozy Swabian meal and a glass of wine from the Müller winery.
Friday
Friday was all about the 15th anniversary. (whole article about the anniversary here) Michael Raber presented a lot of milestones of the last 15 years. Afterwards, speaker Dr. Senitz presented the 15th anniversary certificate on behalf of the IHK Karlsruhe and congratulated Michael Raber and colleagues on 15 years of MJR. Then we cut the 15-year MJR anniversary cake.
After lunch, we made our way to the Indoor Skydiving at Viernheim. We had booked 45 minutes of flying time for the team there. The aim of indoor skydiving is to recreate the feeling of free fall from a parachute jump in a wind tunnel. We rounded off the two days together with pizza & pasta in Viernheim before the team set off on their journey home again.
We are already looking forward to our meetings next year. You will also be able to read about them here in the blog. Stay tuned!
